Refund policy

At VolleyWalls, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and you may need to return or exchange an item. Our policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible.

What Items Can I Return?

Items purchased directly from our official website are eligible for return within 30 days from the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page or at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return Items

To initiate a return, please visit your customer account and follow the instructions to generate a return label. Ensure that items are securely packaged, as VolleyWalls cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit. Retain proof of postage until your return is processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
  • If a gift card was used for all or part of the payment, the refund will first be applied to the gift card.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 days to process from the time we receive your return. It may take an additional 5 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. 

Combining Returns

Please ensure that items from different orders are returned separately. Combining multiple returns into a single package may result in processing errors or delaying your refund. If you’ve already combined returns, contact our support team at returns@volleywalls.com with proof of return postage so we can assist.

Pop-Up Stores and Event Purchases

Items purchased at VolleyWalls pop-up stores or events are subject to our standard returns policy unless otherwise stated. 

Additional Information

  • Keep all proof of return postage until your return has been processed.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
  • Items returned in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
